      Hello, my name is Joe, I have autism and am very passionate about cannabis. My whole life I have been studying and working with the plant. It is my dream to breed and grow adult use and hemp on my farm. Yesterday I went to a grow store called grow your own in Duluth mn the guy claims he’s a breeder and made slurricane and morning star. When I tell him I applied for my permit to produce seeds he told me I can only buy seeds from him and if I breed and sell anything I will be sued because all cannabis genetics are now owned, even if I’m using land breeds and plants I found in the early 90’s. He went as far as to say that I couldn’t make seeds for other people under contract even if I have a permit to produce seeds. So my question is if I buy forbidden zkittlez and hash plant from you am I seriously not allowed to breed with them? I really don’t want to buy anything I can’t truly use. I already can’t grow my own corn seed because of Monsanto and that in my opinion should be a crime. And to be threatened by a cannabis breeder just doesn’t seem right why would we want to prosecute each other. If I made a plant that a lot of people used for breeding I would be proud not trying to sue everyone. If I can’t breed with your m/f lines and land breeds what can I use to breed with?

        We have no issue with people using the ETHOS products they purchase for whatever they want. It’s really strange that someone would try that hard to gatekeep something that doesn’t actually have any legal recourse. Someone could breed with his stuff but say it was something else when they market it and no one could prove them wrong… Anyways, you probably shouldn’t listen to or spend money with that guy. Get the Hash Plant asap, it’s going to be sold out forever pretty soon.

      Curious to why you don\’t state if each strain is sativa or indica dominant (ratio) in the bio.

        Hello and thanks for reaching out. We don’t really subscribe to the “indica/sativa” labels since it is unquantifiable pseudoscience. Any ‘effects’ info included in strain descriptions are purely anecdotal. We have a robust FILTERS function on our Genetics Page that may help in deciding on a particular variety.
