Shipping & Orders

Where does ETHOS ship?
ETHOS currently ships to the United States only. 

When will I receive my ETHOS package?
We offer standard, expedited, and rush shipping within the United States. The estimated shipping time for your order will be calculated at checkout. Please allow 1-3 business days for your shipment (and tracking details) to be created.

How can I check the status of my order?
Login in to your account to view the status of your order, or check the tracking details sent to you via email. If you have any questions, reach out to us at

My tracking details aren’t working. What can I do?
Sometimes the carrier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status, so we recommend waiting 48 hours for tracking details to update. If, after waiting, your tracking number isn’t updating or working, contact us at

How do I apply a discount code?
To apply a discount code, enter it in the Coupon field at checkout. If the code isn’t working, it could be invalid, expired, or it may have already been used.

Can I use multiple promotions or discounts on my order?
You can use only one promotion or discount code per order.

What free gift will I receive with my purchase?
Every seed purchase comes with a gift! You get to choose the freebie you want at checkout. The more you spend the more gifts you get to choose.

What is your return policy?
All sales are final. We don’t offer returns, refunds or exchanges. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us at


When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards or debit cards.

What do I do if my payment is declined?
We recommend checking that your card’s billing details (such as the security code and zip code) match what you’ve entered into our system, that your card is not expired, and that your card is one of our accepted forms of payment. 

If this doesn’t solve the issue, your card issuer may have declined your payment. They don’t tell us the reason for this, so it’s best to check with them before trying your card again.
