Where does ETHOS ship?
ETHOS currently ships to the United States only.
When will I receive my ETHOS package?
We offer Standard and Priority shipping within the United States. These indicate the service and speed of the shipment via USPS (not the order processing time). The estimated shipping time for your order will be calculated at checkout. Please allow 1-3 business days for your to be processed and shipment (and tracking details) to be created.
How can I check the status of my order?
Login in to your account to view the status of your order, or check the tracking details sent to you via email. If you have any questions, reach out to us at store@ethosgenetics.com.
My tracking details arenโt working. What can I do?
Sometimes the carrier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status, so we recommend waiting 48 hours for tracking details to update. If, after waiting, your tracking number isnโt updating or working, contact us at store@ethosgenetics.com.
How do I apply a discount code?
To apply a discount code, enter it in the Coupon field at checkout. If the code isnโt working, it could be invalid, expired, or it may have already been used.
Can I use multiple promotions or discounts on my order?
You can use only one promotion or discount code per order.
What free gift will I receive with my purchase?
Every seed purchase comes with a gift! You get to choose the freebie you want at checkout. The more you spend the more gifts you get to choose.

What is your return policy?
All sales are final. We donโt offer returns, refunds or exchanges. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us at store@ethosgenetics.com.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards or debit cards.
What do I do if my payment is declined?
We recommend checking that your cardโs billing details (such as the security code and zip code) match what youโve entered into our system, that your card is not expired, and that your card is one of our accepted forms of payment.
If this doesnโt solve the issue, your card issuer may have declined your payment. They donโt tell us the reason for this, so itโs best to check with them before trying your card again.
